Comments from a recent Cranial Neural Support for Longevity student: CNSL is the best modality I have taken for my continued education.  The response with this has been so rewarding for my clients to feel this much better in just an hour.  This is some of the feed back:

  • The most relaxed they have ever been in a session.
  • They feel freer and happier than they have in years.
  • The relief of post-surgery symptoms that they did not even realize was still causing them pain until it released from that area.
  • My dementia patient (her sister brought her and reported back to me) went home and cleaned the entire house for the first time in 2 years.  She had much better conversations, so we are going to do this a few more times her sister told me.
  • Release from chronic pain in hip … was totally gone for one man.
  • A lady that has all kinds of knots for me to work out of her back and neck did not have even one left after session.
  • Anxiety releases
  • Leaky bladder that stopped leaking
  • Helping with alcohol addiction

Many very good things come from this therapy.  I highly recommend this class.  Jan Najera LMT  11.14.16

Sphenoid Compression/Decompression

CranialSacral Balancing Therapy is exceedingly gentle (no more than 5 grams of pressure) and addresses the core structure of the central nervous system by engaging the client in self-healing.  Most recipients of this light-touch therapy experience increased physical vitality and enhancement of their body's general well being.   Through the balancing of the cerebrospinal system, other physiological systems (immune, lymphatic, cardiovascular, endocrine, and muscular) show substantial improvements.

This subtle hands-on therapy accesses the oldest rhythm in the body: the cranialsacral rhythm.  That rhythm is the pulse of your energetic body and is deeply rooted in your past.  Through cranial therapy, the deepest part of your inner being is touched and healing is allowed to occur on many levels.  The positive effect of this healing modality encourages the body's own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the negative effects of trauma and stress.  The work not only effects structural change, but may increase physical vitality, enhance the body’s general well-being and increase resiliency.  Persons generally find CranialSacral Balancing Therapy helpful in the following situations:

  • Balancing and preparing mind-body-spirit for surgery
  • Recovering quicker and easier from surgery
  • Boosting immune system function
  • Reducing negative symptoms of stress
  • Enhancing physical and mental performance
  • Balancing emotions
  • Reducing the effects of birth trauma
  • Reducing the discomfort of chronic pain
  • Reducing the severity and frequency of headaches
  • Supporting deep and restful sleep
  • Reducing the discomfort of TMJ dysfunction
  • Rebalancing the cranialsacral system after whiplash

CSBT Level I - Participants experience and practice a basic protocol along with gaining an understanding of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) system, its functions and how it relates to and affects the entire body.  Basic cranialsacral anatomy is covered. Participants develop their palpation and listening skills as they learn to read energy and follow and support the unwinding of the body’s natural healing pathways.  Cranial work is one of the first things Marsha does with almost every client coming to her in her very active private practice. It is a rare client who does not experience significant if not total relief from pain and an increased sense of well-being after a session that incorporates at least some of these techniques.  Marsha and Barbara share the practices they have found to be effective over many years of working with clients who experience deep healing through engagement of the cranialsacral system.

Participants leave the seminar with the resources to facilitate healing of the CSF system and correlated parts of the body.  Manual and other supplies are included in course fee.

Cranial Rhythms (4 CE Hrs)

The cranialsacral system is one of the body’s most fascinating healing channels and can be detected and coaxed into balance if the therapist knows what to look for.  This 4-hour class uses visual & tactile aides as well as hands-on work to explore the dynamic rhythms of the cranialsacral system.  Practitioners of all levels will find this class worthwhile.  The practitioner new to cranialsacral work will find a whole new world, just under their fingertips.  The seasoned cranialsacral therapist will have a chance to view the rhythms in a different way and refine their palpation and listening skills.   Among the areas included:

·         Observe cranialsacral system animated – "see the rhythm, feel the rhythm"

·         Develop and refine light-touch palpation skills

·         Detect flexion & extension

·         Detect symmetry, quality, amplitude and rate of cranial rhythm

·         Observe effect of therapist’s touch on cranial rhythms

o        Five listening stations

o        Eight referral points

o        Head Cradle

o        Rock & Glide

·         Experience still point & practice “when to hold’em & when to move”

·         Determine when to hold & when to coax into symmetry

Each participant will have opportunities to practice the techniques as well as experience them as a client.

Hydro CranialSacral Balancing Therapy (CSBT-Hydro) - Participants experience hydro-cranialsacral balancing therapy first hand and learn to facilitate another’s unwinding in the water. Experience the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) system, its functions, how it relates to and affects the entire body - allowing the body freedom of movement to release any stuck energies that may be the reason for discomfort. Energetic communication between the facilitator and the client allows them to become one with the movement of the water.

CSBT-Hydro further supports the client in unwinding and finding balance without the constraints imposed by gravity.  This therapy is especially popular in Arizona, where many people have access to swimming pools.  This therapy can easily be done on an outcall basis or in recreational, educational or spa environments
