Aromatherapy for Wellness

Aromatherapy for Wellness gives participants information on the benefits, cautions, properties, selection and safe application of essential oils selected to promote wellness.  These essential oils and blends are appropriate for use in home and business environments. 

Selecting oils and blends that provide environmental support for various purposes is discussed.  Different application methods are discussed and demonstrated.  The course includes  an essential oil kit and support kit with oils appropriate for use in business and home environments.

Balancing Your Magnificent Seven Chakras

» Explore the  qualities of each chakra  using  color, music, art, imagery, crystals meditation and essential oils. 

» Use these healing tools to clear energy patterns that drain and to clean, balance and recharge the participant's energy flow.  

Energy (Chakra) Balancing

Each of us has seven major energy centers (chakras).  Blocks in any of these power centers can create feelings of being overwhelmed, tired and stressed.  The Energy (Chakra) Balancing class takes participants through the chakras one by one and teaches techniques to open, balance and reconnect these energy centers bringing about feelings of well-being and abundant energy and joy.  This work starts with each one in the class and by the final class participants are easily able to facilitate others in finding this same openness, balance and well-being. 

Focus awareness on energy patterns in the participant’s body as well as others in the class.  Participants notice the flow of energy in the seven major energy centers (chakras) and practice ways of clearing energy patterns that drain.  Participants develop expertise in using a short protocol and a longer protocol; both useful in clearing, cleaning, balancing and re-charging the energy flow. Meditations, bodywork, colors, music, art, imagery, crystals, essential oils and other healing tools to assist others in the manifestation of spiritual, mental, emotional and physical well-being are worked with extensively.

Iridology Basic Self Care

Often called the "window to the body and soul.",  the iris reveals signs that signify physical, emotional and spiritual patterns.  Learning to interpret these diverse signs provides insight into how to improve physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.  The class covers the basics of using the iris as a map of the body, along with instruction on iris signs, structure, and color as clues to physical strengths and deficiencies.  An insightful Self-care class.
